If you want to be seen as a leading restaurant in Kent market then you need photos that match your venue, your pricing, and your brand.
I know that some owners and managers try to avoid spending too much on photos because they feel that people will love their venue and food when they get there.
There are two problems with this …
Firstly, you’ve got to get people seated at your tables before they can experience your wonderful decor and amazing food.
And that’s less likely to happen if your restaurant does not look as appealing as it should when people are browsing around online.
Secondly, those lower quality photos are damaging the reputation of that restaurant every single day they are online.
If those photos are not amazing, if they don’t make potential diners say ‘ wow, we have to eat there!’, then they’re not working as they should, and they could be damaging your business.
If you own or manage a restaurant what should your photos be doing for your business ?
Those photos should not just be showing what your room looks like. Any photos regardless of quality can do that, and in fact you could probably take a photo using smartphone that’s sitting in your pocket right now to grab a quick snap that shows that you’ve got tables, chairs, and some nicer decor.
But is that all that you want your photos to be doing? No, it’s not.
You actually want the photos of your restaurant to be doing these three things :
– Match your brand
– Show your value
– Bring more diners
